Ethiopian coffee of the highest quality from the Yirgacheffe area, Adame Kebele.
The small producers in the area bring their coffee (ancient Ethiopian varieties) to the Ajere mill, where it is then processed. The area is located above 2000 meters of altitude, where the coffee is grown in the shade and harvested by hand from mid-October to the end of January. Drying on raised African beds lasts between 15 and 21 days.
Sensual and fragrant coffee. Floral scents, notes of natural fruits, cherries and plums, citrus fruits, chinotto and cream finish.
Our roast for this Ethiopian coffee is medium/light, after evaluations and tests with different profiles it has proved to be perfect for bringing out the characteristics and aromas of this extraordinary coffee to the maximum.
