Should you find defects on a product purchased on our shop, notify us by email email@example.com .
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days.
If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Coffee in any form is not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the product back to us before you have agreed to return it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have received the item returned.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days of the refund approval date.
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is applied. If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items on sale
Only full priced items can be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
If you want to replace it with the same item, send us an email to email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit towards the value of your return.
A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of your returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order shipped to itself to gift to you later, we’ll send a refund to the giver and he’ll find out about your return.
Shipping and returns
To return the product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will indicate the return address.< br />
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you can vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing of shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
